Returns and Refunds

Pursuant to Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, the Customer acting as a private consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which the products are received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Mantero within the above-mentioned period by e-mail at customercare.shop@mantero.com or by using the return form available on the website, indicating the order number and the products to be returned via the link *Submit a return request*.

Once the Customer has notified Mantero of the withdrawal, the products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of such notification. Return shipping costs shall be borne by Mantero.
Mantero will provide a courier collection service for the products at the address used for delivery and will provide the return shipping label to be affixed to the return parcel. If the collection is unsuccessful for reasons not attributable to Mantero, the Customer may be required to drop off the parcel at a collection point designated by Mantero.
The return shipping address is: Mantero Seta S.p.A. – Returns Department / Automated Warehouse Via Riccardo Mantero, 4 – 22070 Grandate (CO), Italy.
Alternatively, the Customer may return the products directly to the Mantero Factory Store, located at Via Riccardo Mantero 4 – 22070 Grandate (CO), Italy, from Wednesday to Saturday (10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.), subject to prior notification by e-mail at customercare.shop@mantero.com.

Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products in compliance with the following conditions:

• The purchased products must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and without any signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
• The products should preferably be returned in their original packaging, together with any accessories, documentation, labels and tags originally provided.

 

Once the returned products have been received and compliance with the above conditions has been verified, Mantero will refund the amount paid within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method selected by the Customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Any standard delivery costs incurred by the Customer will also be refunded. Any additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery option will not be refunded.
The time required for the refund to appear in the Customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method used and the applicable banking procedures.
Mantero may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received and the return conditions have been verified, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Once the refund has been processed, the Customer will receive confirmation by e-mail.
If the recipient of the products is different from the person who made the payment, the refund will nevertheless be made to the person who made the payment.
